Ryzen 7 7800X3D, GeForce RTX 5070 Ti and 32 GB of DDR5 in a panoramic case: the Labo Fnac put our tower through its test protocol. Verdict: four stars out of five, and a score that deserves an explanation.

What's inside the tower
A processor built for gaming, a latest-generation graphics card, and a case that shows everything.
The CBT029-03 combines an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D — eight cores, sixteen threads, and the 96 MB of L3 cache from 3D V-Cache technology, precisely what gives it its reputation in games — with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB of GDDR7, DLSS 4 compatible.
Around them: 32 GB of DDR5-5200 in two modules, a 1 TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD, a B650 micro-ATX motherboard with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, a 240 mm all-in-one liquid cooler and an 850 W M.RED power supply, modular, 80 PLUS Gold certified, to the ATX 3.1 standard.
It all fits in a panoramic case 37.7 cm tall, glazed at the front and on the side, with seven 120 mm fans pre-installed.

The 1 out of 10, explained
The report card is almost perfect: 10 for office work, 10 for file processing, 10 for image processing, 8.3 for performance and 8.2 for gaming. One box stands out, though: 1 out of 10 for web applications.
Fnac doesn't comment on this score in its review. But it publishes its protocol, and that sheds light on it: the Labo's “web applications” test measures a pixel fill rate on the integrated graphics chip of the processor, without switching to the dedicated graphics card. And the Ryzen 7 7800X3D only carries a small graphics section, made to display a desktop, not to be measured.
In plain terms: this score says little about what you'll experience in a browser, where the RTX 5070 Ti takes over. The Labo says as much itself — these applications shouldn't trouble the everyday user.
The review's only other criticism fits in one line: 1 TB of storage, a bit tight when some recent games exceed 100 GB on their own. The case keeps two 2.5-inch bays and one 3.5-inch bay to add more.
What the Labo says
This gaming tower, fitted with the latest refinements from AMD and NVIDIA, packs a serious punch!
Labo FnacL’Éclaireur Fnac, 5 June 2025 An outpouring of power whose only limit lies in certain web applications
Labo FnacL’Éclaireur Fnac, 5 June 2025
Gaming at 1440p, sometimes at 4K
This is the ground the Labo grants it: recent high-frame-rate games at 1440p, with a foray into 4K depending on the title. The processor and the 32 GB also make it a work machine. The CBT029-03 is sold by our resellers, including Fnac.
