At Clubic, the M.RED CBT071-03 PC: micro-ATX, RTX 5070 and DLSS 4

Published on November 4, 2025 · 2 min read

A Core i5-14600K, a GeForce RTX 5070, a compact case with a glass panel: Studio Clubic built, measured and stripped down our CBT071-03, in an article produced in partnership with NVIDIA.

A gaming PC that fits on the corner of a desk

Worth knowing before you read: the Clubic article is Studio Clubic content, produced in partnership with NVIDIA — not an independent review by the editorial team. It gives no score and no award. The measurements it publishes are its own, and we report them as such.

The idea behind the CBT071-03 : fitting a real gaming configuration into a micro-ATX case measuring 34.8 × 28 × 37.7 cm, with glass on the front and the side. Inside, a fourteen-core Core i5-14600K cooled by a 240 mm M.RED liquid cooler, a 12 GB GeForce RTX 5070 , 32 GB of DDR5-5600, a 1 TB NVMe SSD and a 750 W M.RED power supply, modular, 80 PLUS Gold.

It sells from €1,139 at Fnac and Darty. The range it belongs to runs, according to Clubic, from €649 to over €3,000, from the RTX 3050 to the RTX 5090.

Built with care

This is the point the Studio stresses most: the build quality.

The cables are routed behind the motherboard, which clears the airflow; a bracket supports the graphics card; the packaging holds the card in place for transport. Windows 11 arrives activated, with no software other than the motherboard’s control centre.

Wi-Fi 6E, 2.5 Gbit/s Ethernet, two memory slots and free storage bays: enough to upgrade the machine later on.

In short, according to Clubic

  • Well balanced, carefully assembled and with performance to match its target, M.RED's CBT071-03 PC is a serious machine

  • With M.RED, there are no nasty surprises and the CBT071-03 is a model of build quality

The reservations

The Studio notes a few, which we quote as they are:

  • no USB-C on the front, and only one at the rear;

  • 1 TB of storage, which will fill up quickly;

  • 12 GB of video memory, a possible limit for heavy artificial intelligence work;

  • no choice of operating system.

None of them concern gaming, where the machine hits the mark: QHD, with ray tracing, and the high-refresh screen for competitive games. The full article can be read on Clubic.
