Cowcotland awards gold to the Infinite 360, an AIO “loaded with RGB”

Published on November 22, 2023 · 2 min read

A 360 mm radiator, three RGB fans, a pump block with an infinity mirror effect, for around €100: Cowcotland fitted our all-in-one watercooler to a Ryzen 7 5800X and measured it against some twenty coolers. Gold Award.

Light, right down to the pump

The Infinite 360 does not hide, and that is deliberate.

Its copper-based pump block features infinity mirror lighting and the M.RED logo; it rotates freely to sit straight whatever the mounting orientation. The three 120 mm fans, with fluid dynamic bearings, light up on both faces and daisy-chain together.

The aluminium radiator measures 397 × 120 × 27 mm, the tubes are nylon-sleeved, and the kit covers Intel 115x, 1200, 1700 and 20xx sockets as well as AMD AM and FM. Two-year warranty.

Against the other 360 mm units in the comparison

Cowcotland measures every cooler on the same platform. At 4.6 GHz, here is where the Infinite 360 ranks among AIOs of the same size:

  • Lian Li Galahad II LCD SL-INF 360 : 49.9 °C — 56.7 dB(A)

  • be quiet! Pure Loop 2 360 : 51.5 °C — 54.2 dB(A)

  • M.RED Infinite 360 : 52.3 °C — 53.5 dB(A)

  • NZXT Kraken Elite 360 : 52.6 °C — 58.8 dB(A)

  • Cooler Master ML360 Illusion : 54.6 °C — 51.4 dB(A)

Cowcotland does not call it dominant — its fans push less air than the best, and a few 240 mm units do better. But it holds its own against models from major brands, while staying quieter than three of them. Its pump is silent, and the wide adjustment range of its fans makes for a discreet machine at idle.

  • The finish

A clean radiator, a pleasant nylon sleeving, RGB lighting rated as very successful.

  • Performance that holds up

Enough for plenty of machines, short of extreme overclocking.

  • Quick installation

On AMD, the kit reuses the motherboard's original retention bracket.

  • The price

A complete, very bright 360 mm cooler for around €100.

What Cowcotland says

  • At around €100, it’s impossible not to recommend the MRED Infinite 360.

  • Mission accomplished for MRED, which should catch the eye of RGB fans!
