Article 2 - Access to the site

Access to the site and its use are reserved for strictly personal use. You undertake not to use this site and the information or data it contains for commercial, political or advertising purposes, or for any form of commercial solicitation, in particular the sending of unsolicited emails.

All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images whether animated or not, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that may be used to operate this site and, more generally, all the elements reproduced or used on the site are protected by the laws in force relating to intellectual property. They are the full and exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. Your data is collected by the company M-red.com. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); a person is deemed identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or to one or more specific elements pertaining to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. The personal information that may be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage its relations with you and, where applicable, to process your orders.

The personal data collected is as follows: - surname and first name - address - email address - telephone number - financial data: in connection with payment for the products and services offered on the Platform, the latter records financial data relating to the user’s credit card.

Any request must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed identity document and must state the address at which the publisher can contact the applicant. A reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so requires.

To the extent reasonably necessary or required to meet legal or regulatory obligations, settle disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also retain some of your information as necessary, even after you have closed your account or after we no longer need it to provide you with our services.

Personal data may be shared with third-party companies exclusively within the European Union, in the following cases: - when the user uses the payment services, for the implementation of these services the Platform works with third-party banking and financial companies with which it has entered into contracts; - when the user posts publicly accessible information in the Platform’s free comment areas; - when the user authorises a third party’s website to access their data; - when the Platform uses the services of providers to deliver user support, advertising and payment services. These providers have limited access to the user’s data, within the framework of the performance of these services, and are contractually obliged to use it in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data; - if required by law, the Platform may transmit data in order to respond to claims brought against the Platform and to comply with administrative and judicial procedures.

This site places no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's memory. It uses no advertising trackers, no third-party audience measurement tools and no social media buttons. No prior consent is therefore required, which is why no banner is shown to you on opening.

Site traffic is measured without cookies. To distinguish two pages viewed by the same person during a single day, a temporary fingerprint is calculated from your IP address and your browser information, encrypted with a secret key and the current date; it changes every night. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes a visitor from a bot without a visual puzzle and without tracking your browsing. This service may place a file strictly necessary for this verification.

The online shop is not open. When it is, your basket will be stored in your browser's memory and a session cookie will be required to log in to your customer account: both of these are essential to the service requested, and will be described here once they exist.
